PopAdd 150 (new)

PopAdd™ 150 is a silicone-free, non-ionic high molecular weight surface-active acrylic polymer at 50% resin solids in butyl acetate which is effective as an anti-popping/defoaming/leveling agent for solvent based coatings.  PopAdd™ 150 can be incorporated into the formulation during premix or post-added and dispersed uniformly.  Due to its low viscosity, PopAdd™ 150 is easy to dispense from the drum and incorporate into the paint formula.  Typical usage levels are 0.1-1.5% on total weight of paint.  Individual laboratory evaluation is recommended for each formulation to determine the best processing method and the optimum concentration of the additive.
