Lumicryl 1909

Lumicryl 1909 is a unique energy curable (UV/EB) polyfunctional acrylic macromer diluted in TCDDMDA. 1909 may be appropriate for use as the major film forming component of UV curable coatings or as an adhesion promoting additive. Appropriately cured, films made from 1909 have pencil hardness of 7H while maintaining excellent adhesion to metallic and low surface energy substrates. 

Formulations incorporating 1909 may be photoinitiated with most standard free radical initiators.  Viscosity and final cured film properties can vary widely depending on the selection of other formulation components including diluents, additives, and photoinitiators.
