Resiflow LH-240 MBH-1 (polylurethane)

Resiflow™ LH-240MBH is a flow control composition used in powder coating systems to promote flow-out and leveling during film formation and curing. The product is a masterbatch of Resiflow™ LH-240 in a hydroxyl functional polyester resin, produced via an extrusion process.

Resiflow™ LH-240MBH is specifically designed for use in high quality clear polyester powder coatings. Resiflow™ LH-240MBH exhibits excellent hydrolytic stability and outdoor durability, and does not yellow or lose gloss when exposed to UV radiation. Craters, pinholes and other surface imperfections can be eliminated or substantially reduced by incorporating 6- 15 % of Resiflow™ LH-240MBH into powder coating formulations.
