Resiflow LH-242

Resiflow™ LH-242 is a special polymer for use in coil coating systems. If applied at effective concentrations, it will eliminate bubbling and air entrapment Resiflow™ LH-242 exhibits excellent hydrolytic stability and outdoor durability, and does not yellow or lose gloss when exposed to UV radiation. The recommended level of usage is between 0.2- 2.0% calculated on the coating resin. The method of incorporating LH-242 into the formulation does not affect the performance of the coating as long as it is uniformly dispersed in the system. This can be easily achieved by thoroughly mixing Resiflow with the other paint ingredients. Resiflow™ LH-242 has excellent compatibility with coating resins.
